These Terms govern your use of ihomesaleoff.com (the “Site”) and purchases from iHomeSaleOff (“we”, “us”), 7260 W Azure Dr, Suite 140, Las Vegas, NV 89130, USA. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to form a binding contract.

2. Products and Pricing

We try to describe products and display prices accurately, but errors may occur. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is mispriced or described incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund any payment. Colors may vary slightly by screen.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation or ship the item. We may refuse or cancel orders (for example, for stock issues, suspected fraud or pricing errors) and will refund any amount paid.

5. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy, both incorporated here. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier’s destination address.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these Terms. The version posted on the Site when you place an order applies to that order.
